What is a Pupper Pouch?
Your PUPPER POUCH is an innovative pouch that attaches to the leash to securely hold your phone, keys, cards and more. Pupper Pouch is made from high quality 600D Polyurethane with a PVC backing, making it water repellent and durable. It comes with a dog bone-shaped carabiner that is used to securely attach the pouch to the leash. For the safety of both pets and owners, each pouch also features reflective tape for extra visibility. At Pupper Pouch we believe in enjoying the time spent with our four-legged friends – and not having to worry about bulging pockets, broken phones and lost items along the way. As a company, we feel strongly about supporting programs that provide canine companions to military veterans, promoting a higher quality of life for our wounded warriors. ** Patent Pending
How to attach your PUPPER POUCH
PUPPER POUCH features an easy-to-use secure attachment system that works with almost any type of leash. To attach your PUPPER POUCH, simply slide your leash through the channel on the back of the pouch, then affix the “dog bone shaped” carabiner to the top loop or handle section of the leash. Voila, it’s done! Give yourself and your puppy a treat! It’s that simple and easy.
Will PUPPER POUCH work will all kinds of leashes?
PUPPER POUCH ~ Although your Pupper Pouch comes with its own standard 4’ leash, it will work with most standard 1” wide or less leashes. If your leash is extra thick the handle may not feed through the channel opening at the top but still may feed through at the bottom. At this time PUPPER POUCH is not compatible with retractable leashes
Can I get a Pupper Pouch without a leash?
Not at this time as all of our pouches come pre-packaged as a pouch / leash combo. Plus you can never have too many leashes!

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in California (our home state)
Are your pouches washable?
We recommend cleaning your pouch with a damp cloth.
Are your pouches waterproof?
Pupper Pouches are not waterproof but water resistant. Submerging in water may cause damage to contents. Pupper Pouch assumes no responsibility for the contents inserted in your pouch.
What is your product guarantee?
We have a 30-day manufacturer's warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.PLEASE BE ADVISED:
~ Pupper Pouch is NOT a chew toy.
~ Carabiners are not guaranteed for anything else other then the function intended.

How soon will I get my order?
If the item is in stock, we will typically ship within 2-4 days of processing your order. Standard ground shipping is done via USPS
Do you ship out of the country?
For Overseas orders please contact us direct before ordering. Additional charges will apply. Please email us with the information. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
Shipping address changes
Once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately if your shipping information changes or has been submitted to us incorrectly. Once an item has shipped the information cannot be changed. Orders are processed very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. In the event the shipping carrier can be notified before the order ships, an additional cost will be applied, as the shipping carrier charges a fee for in route changes.
