How to attach your PUPPER POUCH
PUPPER POUCH features an easy-to-use, secure attachment system that works with almost any type of leash. To attach your PUPPER POUCH, simple slide your leash through the channel on the back of the pouch, then affix the “dog bone shaped” carabiner to the top loop or handle section of the leash. Voila, it’s done! Give yourself and your puppy a treat! It’s that simple and easy. Check out our How It Works Page.
Will PUPPER POUCH work will all kinds of leashes?
PUPPER POUCH will work with most Std 1” wide or less leashes. If your leash is extra thick the handle may not feed through the channel opening at the top but still may feed through at the bottom. At this time PUPPER POUCH is not compatible with retractable leashes

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in California (our home state)
Are your pouches washable?
You bet! Wash them in cold water and lay flat to dry
Are your pouches waterproof ~ Not waterproof but water resistant. Submerging in water may cause damage to contents inside
What is your product guarantee?
We have a manufacturer's warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

How soon will I get my order? If the item is in stock, we will typically ship within 2-4 days of processing your order. Standard ground shipping is done via USPS
Do you ship out of the country?
For Overseas orders please contact us direct before ordering. Additional charges will apply. Please email us with the information.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery.
Shipping address changes
Once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately if your shipping information changes or has been submitted to us incorrectly. Once an item has shipped the information cannot be changed. Orders are processed very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process, we are unable to modify any information pertaining to that particular order. In the event the shipping carrier can be notified before the order ships, an additional cost will be applied, as the shipping carrier charges a fee for in route changes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do, however customer is responsible for shipping item back.

Returned items must be in original clean condition, free of dog hair and cannot be soiled in any way.
You must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
As soon as you return your item and it's received into our warehouse, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks are taking as long as a week to process and post these refunds to their customers' accounts.
